What time can I arrive?

The check-in time is at 4pm. However, you can arrive at any time you wish, a luggage room is at your disposal while waiting for your room to be ready.

Does the hotel have smoking rooms?

All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted in any public area of the hotel, in accordance with national regulations.

Do you have rooms with separate beds?

All our rooms and suites have double beds that can be separated. Please specify when booking at welcome@alpinachamonix.com

Do the rooms have safes?

Yes, our rooms have a safe.

Is it possible to add a baby bed in the rooms?

It is possible to add a cot in our superior rooms and suites only. This service is offered free of charge. Please specify when booking at welcome@alpinachamonix.com.

Do the rooms have special views?

Yes, our standard rooms have a view of the city and the Brevent peaks and the Chamonix valley floor.

Our Superior rooms and Suites have a view of the Mont Blanc massif.

What facilities are available in the rooms?

Safe, minibar, Nespresso machine, double glazing, free wifi, flat screen TV, bathrobes and slippers, welcome products in the bathroom, hairdryer, separate toilet (except in Standard rooms), large closet, balcony for Superior rooms and Suites.

At what time can I check in?

Check in time is 4pm. However, you can arrive at any time you wish but we cannot guarantee immediate access to your room. A luggage room is at your disposal until it is ready.

What time do I have to vacate the room?

The room must be vacated by 11:00 am at the latest. We have a luggage room if you wish to store your belongings during the day.

Do you offer early check in or late check out?

Yes, only on request when booking at welcome@alpinachamonix.com and subject to availability, and with a supplement, you can occupy your room after 11am (€20 per hour until 3pm, then the full night is charged thereafter) or have guaranteed access to your room before 4pm.

Can I arrive late at night?

Yes, the reception is open 24 hours.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro.

What is your cancellation policy?

When making your reservation, please read the terms and conditions carefully. The policy may vary depending on the rate booked and the site you book on.

Where can I find the best prices?

You will find the best offers, 10% cheaper than on online sales sites, on the official website of the Alpina Eclectic Hotel & Spa.

Do you accept pets?

Yes, we accept pets in our rooms and suites. Please specify when booking at welcome@alpinachamonix.com and you will be charged €30 per night per pet. Please note that the spa is not accessible to pets.

When do I pay for my stay?

When making your reservation, please read carefully the general terms and conditions of sale. The payment may vary depending on the rate booked and the website on which you book.

Is there a tourist tax?

Yes, you will have to pay the tourist tax of €2.50 per person over 18 per night to the hotel.

What is the hotel's policy for children?

Children are considered adults and must occupy the available bedding. No extra beds are possible.

Does the hotel have internet access?

Yes, the hotel has Wifi and high speed internet in the common areas and in the rooms. This service is free of charge.

What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served from 7:00 am to 10:30 am every day of the week in the hotel's restaurant, Vista, with a panoramic view.

Is it possible to have specific products for breakfast or dinner?

Yes, if you mention it when you make your reservation. We can then adapt to your allergies and intolerances (gluten-free for example).

Is it possible to have the meal or drinks served in the room?

No, we do not offer room service (neither for drinks nor for meals).

Is the hotel accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Yes, the hotel is adapted for people with reduced mobility. We have 4 superior PMR rooms. Please specify when booking at welcome@alpinachamonix.com.

Does the hotel have air conditioning?

No, the hotel does not have air conditioning in the common areas or in all the rooms.

Does the hotel have a luggage room?

Yes, the hotel provides free storage for your luggage during the day. If you wish to leave your luggage outside your stay, you can do so for €5 per night per item.

Does the hotel have a restaurant?

Yes, the hotel has the Restaurant Le Vista, with a panoramic view, open in the evening and on Sundays for brunch.

It also offers another food and beverage outlet on the site, the bar, on the first floor, with a range of gourmet food and beverages throughout the day.

Is it possible to have flowers or chocolates in the room?

Yes, it is possible to have whatever you wish in your room on arrival. However, please specify this when making your reservation at welcome@alpinachamonix.com.

Does the hotel have a fitness room?

Yes, the hotel has a fitness room, within the spa, which is accessible free of charge for hotel residents.

Does the hotel have a spa?

Yes, the hotel has a spa with 3 treatment rooms and a wellness area with sauna, hammam, jacuzzi and rest room accessible free of charge to hotel residents. ATTENTION, on certain days, access to the spa must be reserved for a one-hour time slot. The spa is open from 9:30 am to 8:30 pm on weekends and 7:30 pm on weekdays.

Can I book a treatment or a massage?

Yes, the hotel offers tailor-made treatments and massages with our partner CINQ MONDES. For reservations and information, please contact the reservations department at welcome@alpinachamonix.com.

Can I access the spa if I am not staying at the hotel?

Yes, you can book a treatment and use the aquatic area and fitness room. For reservations and information, please contact the reservations department at welcome@alpinachamonix.com.

What activities can we do around the hotel?

In summer, you can rent mountain bikes, enjoy a trip to the Mer de Glace, go hiking on the surrounding peaks, go paragliding over the valley, go cliff climbing...

In winter, you can enjoy the exceptional ski areas of Chamonix and Les Houches or ski down the mythical Vallée Blanche from the top of the Aiguille du Midi in Chamonix Mont-Blanc.

Our reservation service can organize, book and prepare everything with our local partner, so that you only have to enjoy!

Can I offer an overnight stay at the Alpina Eclectic Hotel & Spa or a spa treatment?

Yes, you can offer an overnight stay on a half-board basis, or a spa treatment, for example. You can choose and purchase your package online at
, or create your own customized package by contacting the reservations department at welcome@alpinachamonix.com.

Does the hotel have a parking lot?

Yes, the hotel has an underground and secure parking of 24 places. ATTENTION, maximum height of 1.80m for the garage. This parking lot can be reserved and is subject to a charge of 20 to 30 € per night depending on the period. If it is full, several public paying parking lots are available nearby.

Does the hotel offer a shuttle service from Geneva?

Yes, the hotel can organize your transfer by private shuttle from Geneva airport or train station with our partners, on request when booking at welcome@alpinachamonix.com.

How do I get to the hotel?

There are several ways to get to Chamonix from Geneva Airport: Private cab, companies such as Mountain Drop Offs, Ouibus, Flixbus, Alpybus, Show Train or Easybus.

Stations : Chamonix 5 min walk from the bus and SNCF station ; Saint-Gervais les bains Le Fayet 20 min ; Annecy 1h00 ; Bellegarde 1h30 (for information - transfer by car).

Airports : Geneva 1h00 ; Lyon 2h00 (for information - transfer by car).
