The Alpina restaurant offers an immersive culinary experience with generous and accessible cuisine, designed to be a moment of pleasure and sharing. From breakfast to dinner, the table becomes a true living space, punctuated by the seasons and desires, whether you are visiting Chamonix or staying at the hotel.

In the evening, enjoy a generous and varied buffet featuring carefully selected products and comforting recipes. Savoyard inspirations, international dishes, gourmet side dishes, and sweet treats make up an offering designed to satisfy all tastes.
In a cozy atmosphere, as the mountains light up at nightfall, dinner becomes a moment suspended in time, perfect for conviviality and relaxation after a day in the great outdoors.

Come evening, enjoy seasonal à la carte dining on the 7th floor with panoramic views of the mountain peaks. Our chef has crafted a spring menu featuring carefully selected ingredients: Arctic char, morel mushrooms, local asparagus, and Grandes Alpes fondue… Generous, meticulously prepared dishes, blending Savoyard roots with inspirations from further afield, to make dinner a truly comforting experience.

Every morning, enjoy a full gourmet breakfast buffet served in our panoramic dining room. Crispy pastries, a variety of breads, fresh produce, seasonal fruits, hot and cold drinks, not to mention the essential savory items: everything you need to start the day off right.
The spectacle of the sun rising over the Mont Blanc massif accompanies this special moment, ideal before setting off to explore Chamonix and its surroundings.

In the morning, it serves coffee and pastries, accompanied by a selection of drinks, before becoming a place to enjoy a gourmet break, meet up for an aperitif, and then a festive venue for convivial evenings.
